Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping.


2. WHEN I SELECT MY COUNTRY ON SHIPPING IT APPEARS THE MESSAGE ‘We don't ship to …. ’. THAT MEANS I CAN’T BUY FROM YOUR SHOP?

No, that means that shipping costs to your country were not add to our shipping list. Just send us an email and we will inform you of shipping costs and delivery times.


3. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight of the parcel. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


4. DO YOU SHIP BY EXPRESS MAIL? 

Yes, we do. Just send us an email stating your urgency in receiving your parcel and we will calculate the cost.

5. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED AND PAID FOR? 

Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation is not possible, since we start working on your order as soon as possible and once this time has passed the work may will be in progress. 

6. WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

All payments are made via PayPal (VISA, MasterCrad and Maestro credit and debit cards are accepted) or bank transfer. 

If you want to pay by bank transfer send us an email stating the products you want to purchase and your address. Then you will receive an email with total amount to pay plus the shipping cost and bank details to proceed to your payment.

8. ARE ALL ITEMS IN ‘BY STRÓ’ SHOP MADE IN PORTUGAL? 

We are proud to say that all our products are made in Portugal. Some are handmade at our studio, others come from small local communities production or small scale factories, all based in Portugal.
