Terms & Conditions are designed to define the rights and obligations of customers, as well as the rights, duties and responsibilities of the by Stró Shop.

1. ONLINE SHOP TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the customer represents that it is at least the age of majority in its state or province of residence, or that it is the age of majority in its state or province of residence and that has given to the Shop the consent to allow any of its minor dependents to use this website: http://www.by-stro.com.
The customer may not use the products of the Shop for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in their jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The customer agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by the Shop.
By Stró made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear at the Shop. The Shop cannot guarantee that the customer’s computer monitor displays of any colour will be accurate.
Shop reserves the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Shop may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
All the descriptions of the products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of the Shop. The Shop reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Shop sells its goods via Internet.
Orders can be placed only on http://www.by-stro.com.
All prices are listed in Euros.
After placing an order the customer receives an email confirming the order.
Order processing starts within 48 hours of full payment’s receipt. Allow 2-5 working days for order processing, except if the item is out of stock. If so, the customer will be contacted with the estimate delivery time.
Customer can make payment by using the Shop’s "Gift Card". Value of such order can only be equal to or higher than the value of "Gift Card".
Customer may introduce changes to the order until the order processing has been started i.e. within 48 hours from the time of the order placing. Customer can cancel the order at any time before its expedition has been done by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices include taxes when applicable. The price does not include any due customs, duty or brokerage fees. The price is valid from the time of the order (and its confirmation by Shop) and it can not be changed under any cirmustances. However, Shop shall reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an error on Shop’s website.
Shop reserves the right to: change the prices of goods, introduce new products to the Shop, carry out and cancel promotions at the Shop or modify its conditions at any time.
Shipping costs are added to the order price at the rates indicated in the Shipping Information.
The Shop is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees that may occur when importing goods into a diferente country than Portugal.
5. PROCESSING OF THE CONTRACT.
Delivery method shall be selected by the customer and specified in the order.
Payment shall be made before proccessing of order is started.
Order will be proccessed provided that ordered goods are available. In case of temporary lack of ordered goods, the order will be executed right after the good is made, but no later than 30 days since the day of order and customer will be contacted with the estimate delivery time.
Shop shall reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on Shop’s website.
In case of any circumstances preventing Shop from fullfillment of the order, for reasons beyond Shop’s control, Shop reserves the right to suspend its execution. Shop shall immediately notify customer. In such case customer will have right to cancel the order.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATED TIMES
We ship to Portugal and other countries using Portuguese Post Office Services (CTT) or EMS services. All orders will be shipped with Proof of Postage and tracking number.
If your country is not referred in our list, please inquire for a quote of shipping costs and estimated delivery times to: email@example.com.
It is customer’s responsability to supply a daytime or commercial address to avoid missed deliveries. We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
Portugal usually takes between 1 to 5 working days;
Europe usually takes between 3 to 7 working days;
Rest of the world usually takes between 5 to 15 working days.
However, bear in mind that other factors may alter these estimated delivery times and inevitably delay the arrival, like weather conditions, the country's political changes, and other typical force majeure events.
You can chose an express delivery with EMS International - deliveries between 1 to 6 days according with country of delivery. Please ask for a quote via email, stating the product to purchase and full address details. We will contact you as soon as possible with a quote and estimated dates.
Orders to ship outside of the European Union may have additional customs or import dutie fees which are unable to predict, as it depends on the destination country and are determined at arrival. Such fees or duties, and subsequent delivery delays, are of the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
7. RETURNS POLICY.
Customer has a right to return goods purchased in Shop for any reason within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
If the return occurs within the 15 days, Shop guarantes refund full costs to the customer's account.
The shipping costs of delivery and return of goods are not refundable.
Returned goods can not be used or damaged and must be return in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in the original package, without any sign o f usage with the original invoice of purchase.

If the product is defected or damaged By Stró only accepts returns 48 hours after the delivery of the goods.
8. RETURNS PROCEDURE.
To return a product to us simply follow these easy steps:
1. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address and the order number.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in their original packaging. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit.

4. We are not liable for lost return parcels. Therefore we recommend that you obtain a Registration/Proof of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. Moreover, we advise you to insure the package in case it is damaged in transport.
5. Once received, we will inspect the goods within 3 working days and if their condition matches our requirements (that are: as new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice), refund will be made within 15 working days. We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund.
6. Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by you.
9. COMPLAINTS POLICY.
In case the delivered goods are defected or damaged, customer shall be entitled to replace goods free of defectsor damages.
If the product is defected or damaged By Stró only accepts returns if the customer contacts the Shop within 48 hours after the delivery of the parcel.
Shipping costs of defected/damaged goods are covered by Shop.
All complaints are dealt within 14 days. In the case of the claim is accepted, the defects-free goods will be sent to customer. If the complaint is not upheld, Shop sends back the ordered goods at its own expense.
In case of lack of defects-free goods of specific type, Shop informs customer by e-mail. According to customer choice – the payment is refunded to customer’s account or another good at the same price is sent. Shop covers shipping costs.
Personal data of customers may be collected by Shop. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions means a voluntary consent to the processing customer’s personal data for marketing purposes only by Shop.
All personal data are kept in the Shop’ s registered data collection. The personal data are being collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of execution of orders, conducting promotional campaigns and marketing purposes due to data protection requirements specified in Security Policy of 'by Stró'.
Customer may change its mind anytime, and may withdraw the consent for Shop to contact or send promotional campaigns and marketing. Contact the Shop at email@example.com.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS.
The Portuguese laws are applicable to contracts concluded by Shop.
Shop reserves the right to unilaterally amend Terms & Conditions at any time and without having to justify the cause.
In case of any changes to Terms & Conditions, Shop shall immediately inform customers by publication of the amended text of Terms & Conditions on the http://www.by-stro.com. In the event of changes of Terms & Conditions after the placement of order, customer is entitled to cancel the order. The changes do not apply to orders already shipped to customers.
Terms & Conditions come into force from the date of publication on the Shop’s website.
