1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping.

2. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight of the parcel. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 

3. DO YOU SHIP BY EXPRESS MAIL?

The shipping costs to Portugal and to European Union countries is calculated with a Premium service: fast and with outstanding track & trace. To other destinations we use a standard shipping service with tracking number. If you wish to receive a quote for standard or fast shipping (according to your country), just send us an email and we will calculate the cost.

4. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do. Just check our product adverts.

5. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED AND PAID FOR?

Changes of orders can be made within 48 hours of order confirmation or until expedition. A later change is not possible, since we start working on your order as soon as possible and once this time has passed the work may will be in progress and shipped.

6.  ARE ALL ITEMS IN ‘STRÓ’ SHOP MADE IN PORTUGAL? 
We are proud to say that all our products are made in Portugal. Some are handmade at our studio, others come from small local communities production or small scale factories, all based in Portugal.

7. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via PayPal (VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards are accepted), Stripe, Multibanco, MBWay and also bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, send us an email stating the products you want to purchase and your address. Afterwards, you will receive an email with the amount to pay plus the shipping cost and our bank details to proceed with payment.
